Pet Policy

Finding a pet-friendly apartment can be tough. Here at Village of Hawks Creek, we certainly understand how important it is to have your companions by your side. That's why we are a pet-friendly community; we love your pets as much as you do! Pre-approved pets are welcome in all residences.

• No Weight Limit
• Pet Deposit is $200.00 per pet 
• One-time Pet Fee is $300.00 per pet
• Pet Rent is $20.00 per pet

Breed Restrictions Apply. Akita, Bull Mastiff, American Stafford Terriers, Pit Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Siberian Huskies, Great Dane, St. Bernard, Alaskan Malamutes, Bloodhounds, Doberman, Chow Chow, Cane Corso, Wolf-Dog Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes restricted breeds, dogs with specific defensive or attack training and any dog with a history of biting are strictly prohibited. Exotic pets and reptiles are also prohibited.
